2.2 Custom Orders: We offer bespoke floral arrangements tailored to your specifications. Custom orders require advance notice, and additional charges may apply. All details, including colour preferences, flower types, and design requests, must be confirmed in writing at the time of placing the order.
2.3 Product Images: Images on the website are for illustrative purposes only. Actual products may vary slightly due to seasonal availability and other factors.
2.4 Availability: All products are subject to availability. If an item is unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute it with a similar item of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall design and style of the arrangement. In rare cases, we may need to cancel your order due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case you will be notified promptly and offered a full refund or alternative product.
3. Ordering and Payments
3.1 Placing an Order: Orders can be placed online through our website, divineflowers.ie. Before completing your order, please ensure all details, including the recipient’s name, address, and contact information, are accurate. We are not responsible for delivery issues arising from incorrect or incomplete information.
3.2 Order Confirmation: Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive this email, please contact us immediately.
3.3 Order Changes: Changes to an order (e.g., delivery address, message card text, or product details) must be requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time. Changes cannot be guaranteed, particularly for same-day deliveries, but we will do our best to accommodate your request.
3.4 Pricing: All prices are listed in Euro (€) and include VAT unless stated otherwise. Delivery fees, where applicable, will be calculated at checkout based on the delivery location.
3.5 Payment Methods: We accept the following payment methods:
- Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, and other major cards.
- Online Payment Services: PayPal, Apple Pay.
3.6 Failed Transactions: Divine Flowers and Décor reserves the right to cancel orders in the event of payment failure or suspected fraudulent activity.
4. Delivery Policy
4.1 Delivery Areas: We deliver exclusively to locations within County Kildare, Ireland. Specific towns and areas we service include, but are not limited to: Naas, Newbridge, Maynooth, Celbridge, Kildare Town, Leixlip, Athy, and surrounding villages. If your location is outside of County Kildare, please contact us directly to discuss potential arrangements.
4.2 Delivery Times: Standard delivery is available from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday through Sunday. We strive to accommodate same-day delivery requests, but orders must be placed before 12:00 PM for eligibility.
4.3 Delivery Fees: A standard delivery charge of €8 applies to most locations within County Kildare. Additional charges may apply for deliveries to remote areas or special delivery instructions.
4.4 Missed Deliveries: If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery: We may leave the delivery with a neighbour or in a safe location (if pre-authorized). Alternatively, we will contact you to arrange a redelivery, which may incur additional charges.
5. Cancellation and Refunds
5.1 Order Cancellation: Orders can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before delivery may incur a cancellation fee to cover preparation costs. Same-day orders cannot be cancelled once they have been prepared or dispatched for delivery. 5.2 Refund Policy: We are committed to customer satisfaction and will process refunds under the following conditions:
- Non-Delivery: If we fail to deliver your order on the scheduled date due to an error on our part, a full refund will be issued.
- Damaged or Faulty Products: If the product arrives damaged or in unsatisfactory condition, please notify us within 12 hours of delivery. Provide clear photos of the damaged or faulty product to support your claim. Upon review, we will offer a replacement or refund.
- Substitutions: If a substitution was made and you are unsatisfied, please contact us to discuss a resolution.
5.3 Exclusion: Refunds are not available for the following: Orders with incorrect or incomplete delivery details provided by the customer. Flowers or products that deteriorate due to improper handling or care by the recipient. Custom or personalized orders unless there is an error or fault in the product.
5.4 Refund Process: Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-14 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been initiated.
6. Use of the Website
6.1 Permitted Use: You agree to use the website for lawful purposes only.
6.2 Prohibited Activities: You must not misuse the website by engaging in activities such as hacking, data scraping, or transmitting malicious software.
6.3 Intellectual Property: All content, including images, text, and graphics, is the property of Divine Flowers or licensed to us. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
